How campaigns work
  1. Click a campaign → see its config, recent runs, and send history.
  2. Click Run now to see a dry-run preview of every recipient pulled live from Metabase.
  3. Review the list, type the confirmation phrase, then hit send. Every recipient is checked against the suppression list and the per-campaign dedupe window (don't send the same campaign to the same user twice in N days).
  4. Sends are logged per-user in D1 and visible on the user profile page under "Emails sent".
